The tour will be a fun way for our growers to get to know each other better, and serve as a way to give our newer members some first-hand insights into growing Giant Pumpkins.
The 2003 Patch Tour will includes visits to 5 gardens and a tour of the Hidden Valley Compost Facility. Growers are encouraged to make a day of this event. We will conclude with a patch tour and picnic dinner at a 75-acre estate in Mossyrock, WA, courtesy of Darrell and Daulina Roulst.
Other stops on the tour include visits to the gardens of:
Chris Michalec, starting at 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. This is the starting point for the Patch Tour. The address is 16303 S.E. Green Valley Rd., Auburn, WA.
