Previous thread was about to disappear...so it continues here. I just wanted to make it clear that Beachy goes about 140...soaking wet...with a pumpkin in his hands...after a thanksgiving dinner...before a big dump...on a good day. But he's quick, I'll give him that.

Ken- Ilisa (my wife) would jump in there and tangle just like me. Call it a tag team. Although Beach may enjoy that just a little too much!

Back to the subject at hand...Jeff to answer your question yes the AG's are (were) a hybrid way back when Dill first created them. Thru generations of selfing and crossing, the great majority of them have since lost all hybrid vigor, if it indeed was there in the beginning. FYI, just because a seed is called a hybrid, doesnt necessarily mean it has hybrid vigor.

Gordon,

Joze is a pretty tough looking guy.....but my brother has been kicking my a$$ for years. He is a personal trainer, and can bench 415, squat 800 something....that whole bit. So I aint scared of some little wimp like Joze. Not gonna comment on his wife.....everyone in the world knows she's hot. After eliminating him does that mean I get the girl too?

I'll cook for this event...So break out those Cheddar Head Hats, Cheese curds and Brats. I'll see if Leinenkugels will throw in a 1/2 barrel. Party at Brigitte's,flamingos beware. Better have your Dad start reloading some of those 30.06 shells.

LOL........Thanks for the laugh Joe, I don't think you would want Tom to close Ilisa. Ya know how those singel guys are, he would take the beating just to brag about getting slaped around my a "REAL" woman.....LOL Someone needs to get Tom a Woman........ I'll read your theory on hybrid vigor again. Someday I may understand it.

Cheese curds, brats and leiny's those are my 3 favorite foods. Hey Brigitte you better invite me to this party. I can bring some smoked salmon and my .243 winchester. I hear thats a pretty good caliber for flamingos......Dean o

OUch! Beach Master T strikes back with another low blow... I should have taken you out in Niagra, when i had the other Wisconsin growers (and Jim Kuhn) to back me up.
Jim could lay waste to Beachy in a matter of seconds..lol.

Although I like the idea of a pay per view and good ole Wisconsin cookout. And nothing spells tradition like bringing out the guns after everyone's had a few....too many.

To spice this up a bit, Im calling for a hardcore cage match. Im looking forward to whacking you in the head with a pink flamingo.

but what can you bench and squat, Tom ?

curds- they're fine... but brats- yuk ! i'd rather eat a BBQ'd cheezehead !

note: rest of the world... how it insult a midwesterner... say something bad about a brat.

You guys need to set up a block of hotels so us East coast'ers can come out and join in the fun! I will bring some lobsters and Sam Adams. Brigitte, you got enough room at home for a couple of campers! Might be cheaper than a hotel.

Yo, TonMan! You think your brother is big. Ha Ha Ha. My cousin is over 7 feet tall and can bench 460 and squat about 855 and he weighs over 500 pounds. Makes your brother seem like a wimp huh.

7/23/2003 12:37:47 PM

Brigitte

yeah we have a big yard! plenty of room! bring the RV's and pop up campers! and gordon i'm so insulted! if you will not eat our venison cheddarwurst, you can't stay!
