what is the best method of cleaning the female flower off the little pumpkin..it was pollinated on the the 7th and today i saw it all slimmy so i pulled the flower part and wiped it off it's still wet..should i let it air dry or put captan a bleach sulotion on it...any info would be great..thanks

Billy,,try dry captan. I use sulfur and it works fine.
