My 1098 is rooting really aggressive on the main vine. The roots start growing under the leaf axis in 2 or 3 days after being buried. Main is 9.5 feet. My secondary vines (up to 5 feet)have been buried for almost 2 weeks, no roots forming yet. Is this normal for some plants and will they eventually root? Thanks for the info, Jim

Yes, Jim, they do root later. When the secondarys get to ten feet, there will be rooting at the five foot point.....assuming the ground is soft enough for the roots "dig in".

Jim....yes it appears your 1097.8 TC is back in business. Watch the leaves now. Feed gingerly attempting to keep the color green rich but never showing deep dark green or blue tint. With this one the word seems to be moderation in feeding all the times.
I am way below the suggested feeding program and have a rip snorter on my hands. Color and agressive growth continues. This is the advise given to me by Tony. His phrase: Slow, easy and consistant.
