Once fruit has set you want to decrease the nitrogen level a bit lower to a balanced formulation. ex. 10-10-10, 20-20-20 You now want to help the plant divert more energy to growth of the fruit as opposed to vegetation growth. In the later part of the season you may want to switch applications one more time to a higher potassium level. ex. 15-11-29 , The extra potassium is needed for carbohydrate development for the suns energy to produce sugars that are stored in the fruit. I hope this helps you to understand a little better.
