I pollinated a very nice looking fruit at 12 ft out on my 845 Bobier plant. 94 degrees today, I kept the fruit cooler than myself. I hope she sets.

How are you keeping it cool David? I'm always up for new ideas on pollinating in the heat.

Do you have these additional car coolers you can put on the car dashboard? I found a version that can be filled with ice packs or water. Nice cooling effect for a few hours, can be powered with any car battery or power supply.

What I did was put the sprinkler on low( very low and let it hit the pumpkin all day. It kept the temp in the 60s around the fruit despite 94 degree temps. I also used shade as well. See if it works!!!
