Ga.

I'm gonna try to grow a 400 in same spot greedy was grown.Question is,,should I add any fertilizer to the ground before I put plant in.I relize chance for disease is high,,but cant do anything else with..Just a shot in the dark..Not enough time for a soil test.PH was 7.2 when I took around end Feb... Any and all help appreciated.Thanks..

yeah, if you haven't added anything to it other than manure or organic material, i would go ahead and put down some (5lbs./100 sq. ft.) 10-10-10 granular, and like
2 lbs./100 sq.ft. of 14-14-14 Osmocote...that's sorta what i put on my patches in the spring, and manure was added in the fall. i'm hoping someone else will add to this, or give
you better advice, at least until i break the world record!
