My 455 will be 4 months old since I started the seed this Sat. (Feb. 28 to June 28.) I cut Isis off the main last week due to blossom end rot. est around 200#s. I let a few secondaries go and low and behold they are throwing "greenies" Many of them. These things are green too. Totally different looking fruit from the first ones I pollinated over a month ago!!! I pollinated one yesterday at 10 ft. out from the stump on a secondary. The plant still looks fairly young except for about 6-8 older leaves at the stump. My question is this. Just how long can an AG grow? I've heard up to 180 days. Is this correct? Nothing but sunshine and temps in the 80's for several days has given my plants a new lease on life. I actually was able to get Dobber over to till for the first time all spring. Still hoping in Ga.

growers have kept "clones", really cuttings, alive over the winter to grow them the next year. same plant alive for about 1 1/2 years.

I was given advice from an excellent grower about leaving the tertiaries grow for a while now. Anybody else agree to this. He said it would keep the plant fresh.
