Never make fun at blk cloud ... a curse will follow. the blk cloud curse has me in its grips. I'm serious !!!!

I went home yesterday to my patch and found...
1) 500 Carlson - the whole plant is wilted - 70°F outside- not heat wilt but disease wilt. half dozen squash bugs on it. Lots of squash bug eggs on it.
2) The 306 Michalec main vine tip is fried- heat stress from last week i'm guessing.
3) Aphides have infested my 953 Langevin plant.
4) Found more squash bugs on my 990 Hebb*.

sprayed sevin and daconil on all the plants - hoping to prevent further decline of the patch. Didn't yank the 500 Carlson - but probably should have. I'll check it again today.

Still fighting blk cloud, third round with sevin on my side, have never seen more cuke than this year, no problem with getting 40 - 50 per leaf but lo & behold; I lose several leaves & have the pleasure of seeing them little
(you know what) on their backs kicking their last, pumpkin plants may not grow but at least I have had some pleasure in fighting back. I think I'll return the curse back to you now & try to grow a pumpkin. evilspiritsleavethepatchandgotoTennessee
