Hey guys, my dad has to go in for some major surgery next week and I thought it would be something to cheer him up if we got some of the fellow pumpkin growers on here to offer him some well wishes during this stressful time. Dad started growing pumpkins last year and even though his patch is small, he has a good time growing and managed one 178# last year. He doesn't get online much but I'm sure it would make him smile with some words of encouragement from the pumpkin family.
I will print out any postings and give them to him this weekend. Thanks guys.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery Bill's Dad. And a Happy Father's Day too. We'll be thinking about you!
Now don't lie around doing nothing post-op. The sooner you get back at it, the better it'll go. And don't forget, the pumpkins need you too!

One of the nicest people on the site.
I just looked at his pictures in the diary of his plants. WOW. They look great. He should put a picture of your plants in there. I'd love to see it/them.
I'll pray for a speedy recovery for you and I'll pray for your family also.
Best Wishes always,
Diane
