I would like to say a Special thanks to all the pumpkin growers on here who have sent a message about my bad luck and my son who got hurt on his four wheeler. They took more x-rays and his right shoulder is not broken. It is a very bad bruise and will take sometime to get better. He put in a bad night last night with a lot of pain and was running a 103 fever. They got him out of bed to day and took him down to Physical Therapy to teach him to walk, and to do different exercises. He said it hurt like ????. They have some kind of computerized thing on his other leg that is to help from getting any blood clots in his system. My son has always been like ten Dennis the Menaces all in one child. But in a way, I hope he has learned very much from this. His Nephew that was with him and saw it happen, says he will never jump jumps like this ever again. I guess it is true when parents try to direct your children in the right path but, sometimes they have to learn the hard way and see right from wrong within there self. Anyways, I hope he is home in a few days. Again, I want to thank everyone who has written and there prayers for a speedy recovery and no more bad luck for me. All of the members on here is what makes this a nice site. Oh, I printed out what all you said and gave it to my son. He says tell them all thanks. Sometimes you don't know what you have until you have 31 memebers who write nice things to make you feel better. PumpkinBrat

Glad to hear things aren't as bad as origionally thought, but it's will still take some time to heal up. Tell him to hang in there and we're all thinking of him.

Hey Brat, I'm a PT...tell him to keep his chin up and do what they ask him to do, especially the exercises. It *does* get better.
