Greedy had not grown in over a week..Found a couple soft spots yesterday..so figured it was time..At least I got a new PB this year..If theres a bright side to this story,,,"Mark",,she went heavy Buddy...Taped 365,,new PB of 400#....Anyone know % of heaviness? I know its only 35 pounds heavy,,would just like to know %...Thanks for all help this year,,and the knowledge.... J

378 lbs last year, 400 lbs this year...Hell Hoss, that's something to be proud of in a climate that isn't exactly pumpkin growing weather to say the least. If you were in the northern half of the country in the "punkin belt" those weights would surely be doubled. Great Job............Paul

Good Job Jeff. A new PB is a very good acomplishment.
Any more plants going down there? I thought you had a couple goin..... Anyways, like Pappy said you have plenty of time for round 2.

Way to go Jeff. Now get that 9.6% over weight genetics proven and then into the hands of those who could use that growth genetic! You grew a most exciting potentially important seed, in my opinion. Your seed may do this too. Find out before you feed them to the Blue Jays. :)

Congrats Jeff! It might not be as you wished, but it's better than anything I've ever grown. Good job!
Now what's to stop you from sticking reedy in a commercial walk-in refrigerator till Halloween? Do you know anyone in food service who has one?
