               what this all means to me is--
  DON'T keep your sprouts in the house under lights if you CAN plant them out! the weather doesn't matter if sheltered!      under lights keeps them short and stocky, only as a temporary measure!  i'm seeing this, thinking it's the Captan, and i'm waiting for the plants to start throwing  6--inch true leaves, and they're waiting for me to plant them out!  this is ALMOST as bad as overdoing the Captan, which, by the way, MIGHT be okay at 2 TBSP. per gallon...       my second-round 1140 was rotted after 5 days; i wonder if Captan could saved it...learn from my mistakes...i will!
