I don't have the Franek seed, but think is has potential. It would be a shame if they don't get planted. The 705 is a lock for my patch this year. I cannot believe it hasn't been tried yet.

Has anyone grown the 968 Stellpflug 01. The genetics look pretty good, but there isn't any information in the aggc. Either it hasn't been grown very much, or results have been poor. I'd like to give it a try this year.

Steelydave, I grew the 928 Stellpflug 2000 my first year. Eaton 1009.r F- Geerts 946.5. It was light in color. UOW about 300. i didn't know much about growing that first yr. Suzy

Ther are alot of great seeds out there from 2002. I think one of the Miller or Beachy seeds would pop a big one !!

The 427 Wolf has nice genetics indeed, but the 351.9 Wolf 02 is even more interesting I believe.

I like the 884 Calai myself...as well as the 193 Wolf 02....small fruit but great "hybrid vigor type" cross....760 Patrick x 962 Willemse. The 946.5 Mettler 00 is interesting as well....same parents as the 705 Stetls but its the opposite cross, with much better weight....as both parents were both over 10% heavy! And with how many seeds beachy has, atleast a couple of them are 845, 723, 846 caliber (potential) seed, but which ones??? LOL

I believe the Letourneau 914 has great potential. The 1230 was crossed with the Pukos 805. That 805 used grew Kuhn's 1060.
