I know this isnt the right board for this, but in a way it is.

I have been at a loss for words since I heard the news about Fred in Florida (via e-mail from Canada!). For those of you whom don't know Fred personally, he is the nicest, most generous grower I have ever met. (And I've met quite a few!) Up here in Ohio/Pa., details are still sketchy and "3rd party" about the whereabouts and condition of Fred. I'm not sure if Fred has a computer, but I will make sure he receives a copy of this post. I've done a lot of things in my life, but the comradery and outpooring of kindness of AG growers takes first place! Fred, Mary, and family, our thoughts and prayers are with you!
