I'd like to grow 2 500 pound pumkins this year that have a nice orange color and a nice "pumpkin" shape.What do you recommend?This is my second year growing and I need advice on this matter.Thanks Guys and it's great to be back!

Any AG seed from a reputable grower (not store bought)in a properly tended garden using the cultural practices expressed here in the how to section can grow you a 500# fruit. Which seeds will throw orange is debatable, I recommended a seed last season to a friend and it turned out to be a great looking Squash...

Sorry Bobbybou I need glasses had to read this one twice! thought it said a 2500 pound pumpkin with good color! Yikes... best looking pumpkin in altoona came off a 888 mombert...was good looking! good luck!

hello pumpkinpal,bobbybou said he wanted to grow 2 500 lb pumpkins,if he plants the 508 gerry 300 x 845,it will be 2 1,000 lb fruit,i dont think he wants 2 pumpkins that big,by the way i did get 10 526 and 10 508 seed,the 801 black self 526 gerry, i did not think i would ever find 1 of those seed.
