Just a reminder that tonight at 7pm Eastern in the Seed Swapper chatroom, we will hold a Seed Swap Night.
Should be a way to trade some of those seeds we all have tucked away and maybe pick up something you don't have while having a little fun. This is how it will work.
- We'll just make a list as people come in as to the order we will go in so it can be somewhat organized.
- The person at bat will state the seed they are offering up for trade with any info they have on it.
- People interested in the seed will have 15 minutes to make trade offers on the seed up for grabs by stating their name followed by the seed and the cross if you know it...Try to make a list of offers if your offering seed to speed things up.
-After the 15 minutes is up, the person offering the seed up for grabs will take 3 minutes to decide which offer they will accept.
- If after the first round people have more seed to offer up, we will make a new list and go again as long as it doesn't get to be too late..
-This is all very informal so chatting isn't a problem while things are going on, as long as we get some help keeping track of offers so we don't miss any. All seed offered by people on the list will be traded so don't offer it up unless you want to let it go. If you just want to come and watch thats ok too.
This is something we cooked up in the chat so don't bother Ken or John with it. Any questions can be refered to me at the address next to this post. So start sorting through your stockpiles and show up Sunday evening to have fun. This is an informal event and things will roll in accordance with what everyone wants to do. In other words, the whole idea is to just have some fun. If you have an early bedtime show up a little early and you'll be closer to the top of the order list. Hope to see you there.
