Can any one tell how, if Howard Dill has the patent to sell seeds, the P&P Co. of Ray Waterman sell them too? Do they pay Howard any amount per seed or anything similar? Is just curiosity. Don

has anyone gotten seeds from P&P? I read somewhere that P&P is a bad place to buy seeds because, you really don't know what your getting and they put any kinda of seeds in packages. So I was wondering if anyone has heard the same

I've heard that these are authentic Howard Dill produced seeds that are properly licensed. But I have never dealt with P&P so cannot comment on their trade practices. Someone here no doubt has though.

PB, you really shouldn't post a thing like that unless you are sure about that. As far a P&P seeds & Ray I really have no feelings one way or the other BUT saying he puts anykind of seeds in the pacs isn't right unless you know that for sure.............Paul

Yo Brian, I know Ray would not put a different seed into a packet other than what is supposed to be inside. I know some people go on about him selling AG seeds but that is the nature of his business and he has put a lot of prizemoney into weigh-offs. Just the fact that he is successful puts him in line for bad comments.

All I said was what I heard. I never said 100 percent that P&P co. does this for sure. Just was asking if anyone has ever heard of this or any prove of it.Man everyone must be out to kill someone with the winter blues. If you read the question it explains that I was asking a question and not stating that Ray does this for sure

I believe Ray Waterman to be a straight shooter when it comes to seed purchases. I bought seeds from him in spring of 2000. I was a little disappointed in that there was no info on the actual mothers weight, just the genetic parents sizes. I have to say though it was one of my most memorable plants, too bad I blew it up as a dumbass rookie 300# fruit in late July! Thanks Ray your one of the best in this sport!

I know Ray gets a lot of bad press but I have only had good experiences when dealing with P and P. My 797 was from the Cox 1048 which I purshased through them.

Bought seeds from P&P in 1990 from Ray's 674.5 and grew a 675 and a 527 from them in 1991. Planted all seeds(5 I think) from the seed pack that year , wished I would of saved a few for later years. Al Berard
