OK, here's a diversion, what is the hot seed you have in your collection that won't be hitting the patch this year and why? You will be graded on content only and not spelling or punctuation. Pick up your pencils and put your papers on the desk when your done. We all know you don't have space for all of them, just tell me why this one or two won't make the cut.

These may not be HOT, but they look OK to me. Any one of these could prove to be a great performer. I just don't have enough room for more than 3 or 4 plants.
442Mongeon 527Mongeon 444Derosiers 302Deary 534.8Andrews etc,
Makes me feel guilty for having recieved more seeds than I can realisticly manage.

Oh Yeah, you wanted to know HOW the decision was made.
The 707Toftness, 300Fasciano, & 840Desrosiers have all performed (or I FEEL they can) in our HOT southern CT summers. The last thing I want to do is plant a seed that has never proven itself south of New Hamphsire.

I collected some seeds but again there won´t be the place for more than 2 plants this year. But I think this is a great idea for all growers with limited space who want to have different pollinators: http://www.bigpumpkins.com/Diary/DiaryViewOne.asp?eid=5045

I'm not telling, but I might sell my collection if the price is right.
