Pumpkin People,

The people that run and donate a heck of a lot of their personal time to the science of growing Big Pumpkins, have done more work than a lot of us realize, just to maintain this site,( not even including updates,galleries, free seeds,) etc.,etc.,etc. On another thread (PumpkinCam.), John has expressed that the first 2 web cameras that he has used have not been up to par. I believe that this "message" should be posted under General Discussion. I suggest that any of you that are "hooked", dependant on this site for info, or are merely infatuated by growing Big Pumpkins, consider holding a little back from your Christmas spending for a new Web Camera for this site. I know the boys have helped to keep me "somewhat" sane on those long cold wintry nights, when Cabin Fever sets in and the "sour" side of us growers sometimes shines through! John and Ken created this site, it's up to the rest of us to see that it "remains" the premier site for growing Giant Pumpkins, as well as other things. Ain't too many good free things out there left, guys! Merry Christmas and Holiday Tidings to All out there who run and use this site!

Great call Kilr, I mentioned in the previous post, first payday after the holidays, $20 will be going toward the web cam. Anyone else???

Great idea. Either folks anty up voluntarily or this could become a pay site. And we're all very fortunate that it's here for free. No ugly banner ads. No Pop-Ups. Very cool.

I'll mail $20.00 to the following address unless I see a correction here in several days. The seeds Ken sent for free were worth at least that much to me.

GUYS AND GALS! It 'aint the amount that counts it is the number who do something that counts. My personal thanks to any who can help with this. Don't forget there is always maintenance and on going expense so 'ya all can be most helpfull with this project.
