where can i get a copy of official weigh off rules?

A simple sounding request....a difficult answer! Just because you have a copy of the rules in your hand does not mean much at some weigh-off sites! You see, how a rule is interpreted in one location is not interpreted the same at another weigh-off! I know it is hard to believe, but what is called a "pumpkin" at one site may be called a "squash" at another!

It is akin to the recent ruling of the New Jersy Supreme Court where "50 days prior to the election" really doesn't mean 50 days!!!!!
