Subject: Big difference between OTT and Cir

I know overall OTT is more accurate than circumference alone but I am interested to see what people have found when they have a large difference between the two methods. My big one estimates at 580 using OTT and 670 using circumference. I think you can see why I'm interested, hey, you have find something to possibly get excited about.

I think that your pumpkin, although it may weigh "over the chart, will be closer to your OTT measurement. I have found that pumpkins that aren't as high in the shoulders will give false C readings.

"Torpedo" shaped pumpkins really produce some "weird" circumference estimates!
