Cut off the fruit on my 466 Deary today due to rot and collected a lot of seeds from it. How do you decide which seeds to keep? And what should a seed look like if you say it´s matured?

Floh, squeeze the seeds; if they feel solid, there's a good chance they'll germinate. If they feel hollow or spongy or if air comes out of the tip, they probably are immature. Likewise if they are translucent or opaque. Sometimes some may be smaller than others though this is not a good indicator, as some big pumpkins have been grown from small seeds, though many would prefer the biggest/fattest, kinda like, well, somebody will surely jump in with comments...

Thanks, Mark. I also collected some seeds from a cull on my other plant (was 60lbs) and they look matured right know. So does weight matter or is there some potential from the parents in those seeds? Of cause everyone´s looking for the biggies...
