Maui, Hawaii

Does anyone know how to establish a state record? There is currently no record here in Hawaii, but we would like to establish one this year. Hopefully this will give us some competition next year. Any advice would be greatly apreciated.

to verity the weight?

Wait a minute, you DO live somewhere with mountains and snow! Haleakala gets snow, right? I heard that when you travel to the top, you pass through seven climatic zones! I rode one of those rented scooters up there (even though you're not supposed to...) What a trip that was! I wonder if anyone snow-boards up there? Oooh! I have an idea! Slide down the snow on a giant pumpkin! I bet you could really get up some speed!

Well sure we have a mountain, but it is not quite the same as Colorado, Oregon ect.. And as far as snowboarding, I WISH!!! It did snow last year, for the first time in ten years, and we did try to take our snowboards up to the mountain, but by the time we got there most of the snow had melted. Our boards never even got to touch snow :( Oh well winter is coming and so is my two weeks of vacation, I cant wait! And as for an exchange program, I think thats a great Idea. It would be like hosting a forign exchange student, but for AG growers and "pumpkin dorks" instead.
