It's hard to get a decent photo with the shade tarps on top of them this time of year.

I'll try to get a photo posted in my diary with in a couple days. A couple days ago the cir. was about 82 inches. I'm hoping for a personal best this year, as long as nothing serious happens.

I doubt if I will ever be in a position to sandbag since I'll never compete for a world record. May have a nice one for this area but nothing that would be looked at twice at any of the big weighoffs. 123 inch circumference on August 11th....haven't measured since. Its all in my diary.

I'll try to post a pic today. Im behind on my entries anyhow. My biggest is at @ 400lbs and my other is @ 200lbs. The 400 lber is REALLY slowing down, and the 200lber is just coming into bigtime growth. Mike

hey you

Greencastle, PA

my 455 x open is 28.5" circumference at day 10. I have a 455 x 611 Hester and 1064 Needham that's more than tripled in size since it was pollinated 3 days ago. I might go to my uncle's house this week, i've heard his plants look good, but haven't heard about the fruit. He's growing 1 of his 157's and a 945 Van. the 157 was an open pollinated 354 Eiffler which was a 991 Hunt x 723 Bobier. I'll be sure to let you all know what he's got. I'll be pollinating 2 more on the 611 tomarrow also.
