Hello Alun! I have just been looking at your diary. What goes on over there? I have never in my life seen either a tomato or a carrot like those! Is it just the luck of the draw, or did you know that they would grow like that? Is it special seeds or special growing technique, or what? You don't live near a nuclear power station, do you? Isn't anyone else amazed by those photos, or is it simply my inexperience showing itself again? :-) Patience

Yo Patience, Hey the tomatoes are called big zac...they come from the USA..get them from totally tomatoes. The carrots are from my own seed..got about 10'000 left...wanna try some? Very easy to grow the carrots..tomatoes are a bit more work but a lot on this site grow them and they will help you there.Your not the only one surprised at the carrot although the tomato aint THAT special..it weighs just under 4lb.
