Just curious as to what my fellow grower's plants are like, square footage wise? Pollination date of keeper/s? Also; all vines pruned? vines currently being pruned? no pruning as of yet? Mine: 2500 sq ft.; July 10th; currently pruning. Thanx for the comparison. Good info.

One plant, 300 sq ft, pollination 9 and 12 Jul on the main and a secondary main, snipped the end and buried a couple secondaries, this weekend will snip off the end, and then bury the rest. Not sure if I should snip and bury the main or just let it grow out of the patch.

625 sq foot 712 Kuhn plant. Plant has filled the designated sq footage and all secondaries have been pruned. One fruit pollinated on July 8th, doing quite well. Not a tertiary in the patch (that I know of). Main vine allowed to grow outside of area w/out secondaries as insurance and to keep nutrients flowing. Pruned male flowers where accessible. All vines are buried.

I don't have a lot of room. About 300 sq feet of tilled soil, and I let the vines grow into the yard.
