Does anyone have a photo of what a Blossom End Split looks like? I found a very small slit near the Blossom End. It looks like to be only 1/4" of inch and don't see a crack going inside. Is this a Blossom End Split and what should I do?

Yes, that sounds like a blossom end split. I would treat it with a fungicide and hope that it doesn't split more. I would also start looking for another fruit to put your effort into.

Look at the second picture on my website. Its of the 705 Ailts. You can see the blossom end split very well.
