I have 2 plants which both have a few nice pumpkins on them. Growth has slowed to around 2 inches in circumference a day. I am wondering if I am not watering and/or fertilizing them enough. What is the necessary amount of water for each plant?

Hey Ray, I just saw this on a previous post...I tried to find it but missed it somewhere. Someone did a calculation that as the pumpkins grow inches per day might be less but weight on the pumpkin is more. 2 inches to a 100 inch pumpkin is better then 5 inches to a 3 inch one...you get the drift. Also watering amounts are discussed alot in the water and fertilizer section. Chuck
