Ken and John stopped by Saturday to see the "kilr" patch! It may be too soon to tell, but I think those guys are "diggin" the Ohio Valley! We met up with svrich at Stelt's house! The roster for Sunday's tour/picnic sounds like the "Who's Who" of Giant pumpkin growing! If you're not here, or "on the way", you're missing a BLOWOUT!

You bet! "Diggin" would be an understatement! We had a GREAT time out in Ohio and PA! Pictures......oh yeah! I took over 100 pictures and John shot over an hour of digital video. We will be posting lots of pictures from the trip very soon.

Thanks again Kilr for the outstanding hospitality! We enjoyed our visit to your house. You and your family made us feel like celebrities.

I agree with kilr. I think you would have been hard pressed to find anyone at the OVGPG picnic that hasn't been to, or at least heard of, BigPumpkins.com.

Ken and I had a great time!

The trip was well worth the trek out there. Everyone should consider making it next year. The Ohio folks made us feel most welcome.

Stay tuned for the additions to the "In The Patch" section of the site.

Hey John what is wrong with your patch cam?

The patch cam is down. I don't know what happened to it. We need a professional quality camera.

I think we should start taking donations for next season. A good camera is about $600.
