When you pollinate, do you put the pollin into the styles? I did that yesterday morning with 5 males. It was kind of clumpy, there was a lot of pollin. It doesn't look like it grew today but it still shiny with thin lines.

By three to four days you should see the female beginning to enlarge. It will take 7-10 days to see if the pollination really "took". Even if you used 50 males, there still is no guarantee that it "took".

If you coverd all the lobes(inside the female) with pollin then its correct.you should do it in the early morning. if the temp is going to be 90 of more then place a water filled frozen milk jug next to the flower and cover both with white plastic for the day.I'v noticed that within 24 hours you can tell if your pollination took by inspecting the lobes. If there are small cracks forming on and between the lobes then the pollination took. Its worked evry time for me so far.Good luck!!
