On wednesday both my plants suffered quite a bit of leaf burn from the hot weather, mostly from the new growth. The leaves have shriveled up today so i just have been cutting them off. Is this okay to cut them off the vine or should they be left alone?

I'd just leave them as is. Keep the roots well irrigated and you won't get leaf burn unless your over-fertilizing as well. Where in B.C. are you? It was 95 here all day and no wind, whew!!! and no wilting or burning. Dave

I tried to shade mine in the heat but to no avail I figgure losing a few is the price you pay 104 in the patch today. The plants are getting HUGE! despite the few burnt leaves, like Darby said water them heavy and hope for the best.
