For the last 8 days we've had highs in the mid to upper 90's & night lows of the 70's & I was due to start having females open today & I was worried about them aborting. Well I pollinated 2 ( green) 5 lobers this morning & I just checked the forcast..........Next 4 days highs in the low to mid 80's & evening lows in the upper 50's. It's good to be Irish :)

Hey Paul, Come down here to Ga. and take your hot weather back!!! LOL Highs in the 90's and lows in the mid 70's. 90 to 100% humidity. Or just send me one of those Leprechuans Dave is talking about. Good luck! Hope you get that 1000# greenie.

I'm lovin' it too!! It was only 51 here this morning, and 47 in Alpena. Just wish I had some females ready to open right now! The Huffer plant is growing it's vine at a rate of about 7 inches a day tho, so it wont be much longer!

Hey Cuz, look in my photo gallery. The 378 wasn't the largest but it was a great looking pumpkin. Bright orange, full shape & deep ribs.

Hey Paul....was it the one named Irene? I saw one that was 353 in the photo gallery, but not 378. I looked in your grower diary from last year too, and didn't see a 378. The plant I have from the 378 seed sure is growing fast right now tho....I love it!!
