OK, I am not clear on which vines to prune off? You have the main vine, then the secondary main and secondarys. Is there a difference between "secondary main" and "secondarys". The way I understand it secondarys come off the main or secondary mains? is that correct? Then you would prune off any vine comming off the secondarys? Please help, I am lost!!!

PD,you're right. you'll have your main and if you chose a second main growing in the opposite direction. Secondaries will be the vines that come off the mains. Don't let vines grow off the secondaries, remove them. Hope this helps.

How long do you let a secondary grow? I don,t plan on letting ant fruit set except on the main vine, then culling back to 1 or 2 . When pruning I think im going to go with the flag style. This is with the 827 Holden , and the 633 Blair. Im open to any comments.
