I have a main doing the samething did you get any answers on what it is doing? Mine has twice as many leaves as the other plants and they are a lot smaller, all at the stump. I would post a pic but my comp is smarter then me. Maybe after a few more smacks with a closed fist it will work. Please let me no if you found out anything. Thanks Ken

my advise would be to pull it out and replace it with a different plant. If you have one . Had the same thing with one of mine earlier. Luckly for me , I had a nother plant of the same seed to replace it with.

Well ,so far from what info. i have from some of the kind people on this site is it ether a flat or a double main . I guess a flat main is no good at all and should cut the end ASAP and use a secondary for you're new main,,and for the double some say cut it and go with a side vine ,some say to give it some more time to see if it will split of go into one on it own . other say to pinch off the weakest main and let the healthy one run.. Iam not going to pull the plant ,it look to be very healthy, full of big leaves and he is liking life. lol .. BILL H.
