Yes they sure will. I had some squash seeds that were four years old and they still yeilded a pretty good sized squash. I heard about a grower who grew a 500 pound pumpkin from a seven year old seed.

Yo Divyan, I sent some seed from a 1989 world record pumpkin to a friend in the USA...he has germinated one of them that I know of....13 years old.

I was told, many years ago about seeds, that seeds can be stored for a very long time if the storage conditions are right. But, as a rule ot thumb, seeds lose about 10% germination rate every year. Not sure if this is true or not to pumpkin seeds... Tom

My old time neighbor says, put them in the freeze and they will last a long, long time. He does it every year with alot of his garden seeds

i prefer dryness, your highness, so i keep my extra-super califragilistic....ahem, anyway, super seeds in a gallon jar with a desiccant packet 4" square from a large-model copier box----canon, toshiba, etc. i mean, what happens if there's a major power failure or the refrigerator dies... also, there's a new type of kitty litter on shelves that IS silica gel, same as they use in desiccant packets.i've yet to research this, but probably the same--just get a jar from the local deli--they'll give them away! and make sure of a good-fitting top, and head to the beach.....jus' kid'n

Yo Divyan, I am in Liverpool...100 miles up the M6 from Brummyland. If I get a win on the lottery I'll be over there growing them as well.
