Hello, I live in the Sacramento CA area, and I am looking for a variety recommendation for this area. This is a hot, dry climate and I am wondering if there is a type of DILL A.G. that would do best under these conditions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Rosco

Rosco, Last year two valley grower's were here at BP.com, look at the diary for 'Suzy' from over in Sloughhouse, CA. Also, 'Sequoia' in Porterville. You can control that hot-dry summer climate in your pumpkin patch by investing in a misting system. Good luck, Wes

Rosco asked, "What type Dill AG would does best....". So far, no one has been able to tell which "family linage" consistently does best in 100°. If I were you, I would grow pumpkins from California AG growers if a misting system is not an option.
