yes i'm new to the ag's. was wanting advise on these 2 methods. been reading everywhere i can about everything on the ag. was wanting some opinions from some experienced growers. also triming every other secondary vine. heard pro's and con's on this, too. also, what is best way to trim the vines. alot of questions here, but any advice would be greatly appreciated from a new grower looking to grow for many years to come.

From what I've read here most of the big growers have plenty of space and they prefer the christmas tree. The flag is used from what I can tell in limited space. If you haven't read Langevins books 1 and 2 till the covers come off your not hooked yet!!! Theres still time to get free!!! lots of luck with the pumpkins!

Try to sneak a few runners into the adjacent weed filled lot, they look pretty and add alot of juice to the pumpkin!
