Has anyone heard of AG´s entirely grown in a greenhouse? Damn I missed that one at ebay 26 x 130 ft for 2 $, you only needed to go there with a big truck and disassemble...lol..but as a fact all vegs inside my little greenhouse are triple in size compared to outside. What a pumpkin plant I might have right now.

A man in Japan grew one 800# + a few years back, entirely in a greenhouse. Sorry, don't remember his name.

Hmmm...If my memory serves me right it was either Mojo-jojo or Takao Hoshijima and it was 859lbs in 1999.......G

After checking my "archives", G has the correct answer! Takao Hoshijima grew his 859 in Shodoshima, Japan. He had a total of 10 plants going in that greenhouse! Winston Wyckoff and his wife won a trip that year to go see it.

I built a 1200 square foot greenhouse last year and am planting it for the first time this year. Will be growing 2 AG's along with other veggies. Heat is still a challenge here though as we are so far north. Light is another unknown factor, most of June there is almost 24 hrs a day sunlight. I have grown AG's for the past 2 yrs in a smaller greenhouse but they have only produced 50 pounders; watch for Yukon record this year! Would love to trade info with fellow greenhouse growers, please e-mail me. Good luck all. Vaughan

Yo Vaughan, With that amount of sun maybe you could put up a black cover for a few hours and give them a bit of night...jeeze man if you get it right you could crack the world record let alone the Yukon one. Just my 2 cents worth of waffle.
