ok i got all my plants in finally. the place i chose gets sun from about 11:30 am to 6:30 pm. my biggest concern is the afternoon sun is real intense, and wont the plants want to grow towards that bright sun. even if i trained the vines would the leaves turn towars the sun?

Training early and consistently is the only way you will control their ultimate destination. True the leaves will bend and got where they want however I know of no other method of directing vines (also use of n shaped devices will ensure the vines stay put and protect from winds and pinwheeling). Good luck

You might want to think about putting in a misting system. Go to the "How to..." column.
