Subject: very light frost damage or bite?

Hi Can anyone tell me what frost bite or damage looks like on a pumpkin leaf? I have very light brownish blemishs on my cotyledons hope i spelled it right,on two plants and again very light.And the same on one plant on a true leaf.Does this sound like frost damage?Thanks.John G.

John, This sounds like frost to me. I got nipped last year and that sounds what mine looked like. Seemed to hit the pieces between the viens a little bit harder.

Thanks Brian& Bart for responding,The damage is vary minor only on the cotys,and 1 leaf,and only in 1 hoop house.I turned up the heater a notch,Hopefully we will see little or no more frosts after this week ends.best of luck this season.JOHN
