Their calling for frost here in central Ohio next Tuesday & Wednesday. And I saw that in central Michigan the forcast in for snow flurries next week. Add to that 3" of rain so far this month & 7" of rain last month. Today was our first day of sun for the entire day in about 4-5 weeks. It feels more like football season than pumpkin season. Any one else having this global warming like I'm having?

Paul, Sorry to hear of your cool and wet weather so far this spring. We in the Pacific Northwest have also had it cool and wet. Last Sunday was the only day to exceed our "normal" high temperature in the month of May. Today, we were only 5° below normal!

same here, cold, yesterday was nice, 72, but today is about 50 and cloudy. Lows around 30 tonight....i just cant understand this weather, no snow in oct, nov, dec, or jan, feb come around and snow like the dickens, same with march, then april we had two 90 degree days and onein the mid 80's (i cant recall back to back 90 degrees days in the middle of april ever here in WI), back to 40 a couple days later with snow. May has been cloudy and wet most of hte month with temps 15 degrees below normal. when will it end??? The east coast, canada, and the midwest all have had slow starts. case

Here we are in the upper 80´s now. Need to water my garden every day. A few years ago it used be like that only in July and August. Never thought about a misting system, now it looks I have to.

Hey Paul......did you plant anything outside yet? I have my patch ready, but have been afraid to set anything out...even under a cold frame here in Mid-Michigan. It was only 31 here this moanin', with frost everywhere. We haven't had quite as much rain as Cent. Ohio, but we're not far behind ya! Cuzbiker

Hey Cuz.....yea I did put some out Tuesday when the long range forcast looked ok, but Wednesday the whole long range thing changed & I started backups. It's still ok though as my weighoff is 2 1/2 weeks after most folks.

We're supposed to get into the 70's by next weekend, so maybe i'll take a chance on puting them out at the end of next week with the old waterbed heater under the cold frame. It's only 29 here this moanin'......dang!! The Warden's (better 1/2) plants that are out will be dead today!! Cuzbiker
