I saw the pic of your 1107... i planted the same seed, but mine does not have the two leaves like yours. Instead it's first true leave has two sections, and it is shaped like a heart, and one of it's seed leaves looks the same. I was just wanting your opinion should i go ahead and try the seedling or cull it and start another? If any one else has an opinion on it i would be more than welcome to hear it as well.

Hey Justin, I would let it get a few more leaves before I make a judgement on it. I've had a couple that the first few leaves looked like crap, but it turned around & was fine. I would let it get at least to the five leaf stage before I cut it........Paul

Especially if it is already in the ground. You may want to start a backup though.

Hi Justin: Last year after i planted the 723 which grew my 1107.I had a couple of twin sets of leafs that grew directly oppsite or across from each other,it concerned me because i belive that that is a sign of flat vining?i let it go and with in 18" of the stump it stoped and the leafs were stagered again which set me at ease. This yr i have 5 plants in which i can only keep two of and the smallest is the 723,but i don't make any decisions till the plants have been up for three weeks or so,and have started to vine!I have had heart shaped seed leafs before.I have also had tentrails that when buried sprouted out of the dirt and turned into vines with leafs,I would be concerned with Plant health and vigor at this stage and wouldent worry about odd shaped leafs, lator on in a week or two if your not satisfied, yank it and go with another.Thats just my opnion.Hope this helped.Best of luck this year.Happy growing :~)

Thanks for the input as well. Maybe I'll plant mine as well to see what develops.
It did come from a monster. Maybe it will be twice as heavy too.
