Shouldn't I be having males bloom by now? My best two plants are neck and neck on growth. The mains are 9ft from the stump and the secondary mains are 5 ft out. I have been burying all vines every day. One male on the 455.4 looks like it may open tomorrow so I took a little peek and there is no stamen. I had this problem last year, I don't want it again. Thanks for any info.

Could be that it's just too warm down there! Some growers pack ice around the blossoms too make for a "cool" pollination. I would also hold back on the nitrogen until after fruit set.
