how many seed are there in a pack from the seed page

There are two seeds to a pack. You can get 4 packs.

I had the same problem a few years ago, but I finaly figured it out.

That is correct. You can get a total of 8 seeds per request. Also, you can make one request per calendar month. Before next season we will publish a seed request FAQ.
