I need help with a question. My plant is has a three true leaves on it. The first leaf is full size and the second is still growing and the third is small. My second leaf wilts real easy. The weather today was 75 and it wilted pretty good. Is this a normal hardening off or a sign of a serious plant weakness? Thanks for the help.

It,s root system may not have caught up with the growth of the plant. Also you may need to shade it a little until it adjust to being outside in the ground. That is pretty warm for San Diego isn,t? Are you getting of the cold winds down there? It has been raining and cool here the last 3 days. My plants are up but not in the ground yet.

My plant get shade in the morning and then it wilts as soon as the sun hits it. It has been cool the last 5 days with clouds and rain. Today was the first nicewarm day in awhile and it wilted pretty good.
