We woke up this morning to 40 degrees and sunshine! The snow is almost gone and I can finally turn the compost piles and start on the green houses.

We went from 2 in. of rain and low snow in the mountains to instant summer yesterday. It is 80 in the breezeway and 85 on the patio. The weathman said it would be in the low 60's in Lake Taahoe. Spring skiing in shorts. It is time to go pull weeds in the garden. Suzy
