I'm trying to locate large peat pots. In the past they have been easier to find but not this year. I presently have 3" pots & I can find 4" ones, but going from 3" to 4" makes no sense at all.
If anyone can be of help to me please let me know. I'll cover all the costs ( product, shipping & your time)
Thanks.........

huff.....have you given any consideration to using something other then a peat pot? last year i used containers that plants fom a garden center came in. i cut off the bottom, and taped a plastic coated paper plate to the bottom. when it was time to transplant, i lowered the whole thing into the ground, took the plate off, and slid the container off. whallah!, transplanted seedling with no peat pot for those tiny little roots to try and break through.

Was on a chat the other nite and Thomas said he was buying 12" and up to 24" inch peat pots....From American Planting or something like that I wrote it down and left it at work. Will let you know monday. He had both the 800 number and website but said the website didn't do them justice but they were very helpful over the phone.

I ordered some pots that are like peat pots but made from 100% recycled paper, they are called pulp pots. They have them in about any size up to 24 inches across.I ordered the 10 inch ones and they came 36 to a case and cost me about 27 dollars. The 10 inch ones are 3 gallons. They are fairly good made pots. Here is there website to get there info from.

They are a big Greenhouse Supply Co. here in Oklahoma. Hope this helps.
