If you have AOL try connecting then minimize AOL and launch Internet Explorer directly.

There was a couple of the guys that had been having trouble getting into chat lately. They went and deleted everything from the temp internet folder and you might have to also delete the contents of the history folder and that should take care of it... Thomas

I deleted everything from my temp internet folder and also the contents of the history folder and I am still unable to get into this chat rooms. My internet provider is AT&T. I do not have AOL. So, I do not know what the problem is. Everything else is accessible...I will keep on trying.

I checked the properties of the chat link and it says Protocol: Unknown Protocol - Type: Not available - Address: javascript:popup chat (5)- (URL) What a bummer!

Gads, I went and checked the properties on mine and it says the same thing so that doesn't mean anything.. You might check your internet options under tools and make sure your security options under all sites listed in the white box are set to allow java to work.. Ken any other ideas on this? Thomas

I will look into these problems.
If you are getting a javascript error, please send me a screenshot in jpg format.
I am not sure if the chatroom works on a MAC. I will need to check into it.
This type of program is difficult to debug since people have different Browsers that the ones we have at our disposal for testing.
I'll try to work on this stuff over the weekend to improve it though....
