Your best bet for responses to your questions is to post them on the appropriate message board. As to your question I really don't know. I'm just keeping mine dry and cool.

Kwass, Freezing the seeds will not hurt them if they are thoroughly dried. Some growers store their seeds in a sealed glass jar in the freezer. If not there keep them in a cool & dry place that has minimal temperature changes (the sock drawer is a popular place).
